Affordable Housing
We specialize in managing affordable housing properties for the Low Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) program as well as Section 8 properties. Our certified tax credit specialists monitor LIHTC compliance regulations and reporting and train your on-site staff to maintain LIHTC program standards. We also assist in managing annual IRS audits, a requirement for all low income housing properties.

In addition to traditional property management, CRM also provides customized services for your property. We thoroughly manage your individual properties and create a unique management program that meets the needs of your townhome, condominium, house, duplex, or other individual residence. Much like our other services, we oversee applicant screening, rent collection, maintenance and more. CRM also manages properties with GREEN and environmental initiatives and provides A-rated Master Insurance Program protection to ensure full coverage for your investment property.

Each property is unique and the staff at CRM customizes each management package to meet the individual needs of each property.
