Successful and established property management firm is seeking career-minded and energetic candidate to help with the daily maintenance operations of affordable housing apartment communities located in Oklahoma City, OK
RESPONSIBILITIES
The Maintenance Supervisor will be responsible for supervision of staff, scheduling, ordering supplies, completion/supervision of work orders, policing of building and grounds, as well as noting any deficiencies of the physical appearance and any other related data, and reporting same to the Property Manager. Responsibilities include but not limited to: maintaining property on a daily basis, sweeping parking lots, physical inspections, and assisting in the upkeep of the maintenance shop and storage areas.
REQUIREMENTS
Qualified Candidates must possess:
- – Dedicated Self-starter
- – Excellent Communication and People Skills
- – Apartment preparation
- – HVAC, Electrical, plumbing, heating sheet rocking, plastering and general carpentry skills.
- – Valid drivers license and transportation
