History
Community Realty Management was organized and incorporated in 1974 in Pleasantville, NJ, with only 22 properties under its management. Over the next few decades CRM grew to manage close to 10,000 properties in New Jersey, eastern Pennsylvania, and Maryland and has grown to incorporate real estate in parts of Virginia and the U.S. Virgin Islands as well.
In 1981 Community Realty Management was awarded the prestigious Accredited Management Organization (AMO) designation by the Institute of Real Estate Management. CRM manages thousands of apartment units and homes including Senior Citizen, Affordable, and Section 8 housing as well as numerous homeowner associations, single family residences and office buildings. Many of these properties are financed or regulated by federal and state housing finance agencies.
With a powerful and rich history of property management, Community Realty Management continues to grow and provide exceptional real estate services throughout the Tri-State area and US Virgin Islands.
