Community Realty Management (CRM) was organized and incorporated in 1974 in Pleasantville, NJ, with 22 properties originally under real estate management. CRM has grown to manage close to 10,000 properties in New Jersey, Eastern Pennsylvania, and Maryland and has grown to incorporate real estate property management solutions in other states and the U.S. Virgin Islands.

In 1981, CRM was awarded the prestigious Accredited Management Organization® (AMO®) Firm designation by the Institute of Real Estate Management. Today, CRM manages thousands of apartment units and homes including numerous homeowner associations, single family homes and office buildings, as well as Senior Citizen and LIHTC affordable housing. Many of these properties are financed or regulated by federal and state housing finance agencies.
