Headquartered in Pleasantville, New Jersey, located just outside of Atlantic City, the staff consists of twelve executives and seventeen administrative employees.

CRM handles all functions normally associated with full-service property management. The firm has been awarded the prestigious Accredited Management Organization (AMO) designation by the Institute of Real Estate Management, and employs eleven Certified Property Managers in many corporate leadership and property management positions. The firm is responsible for management of over 7,000 units of housing in New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Maryland, Virginia and the U.S. Virgin Islands. Many of these properties are financed and/or regulated by federal and state housing finance agencies.
